Title: Communications Analyst
Job Description:
• Develop strategy and activate paid digital channels (i.e. Display, Social, Video), while applying digital technologies to identify and drive optimal plan recommendations
• Manage weekly Digital Marketing Budget and partner monthly with budget lead to ensure budget reporting accuracy to Finance
• Manage critical digital acquisition platforms (i.e. DSP) to ensure ongoing optimization of digital media plan
• Partner with analytics team to generate and analyze data to develop data/insight driven plan optimization recommendation
• Engage with cross-functional partners, including Analytics, Marketing Science and Creative/Content to implement digital strategy
• Capture, collate and share digital learnings and best practices from and outside industry
• Implement tagging and tracking of all digital media acquisition plans
• 2-5 years of work experience with at least 1-2 years of digital experience in display, social, video, retargeting, audience segmenting, etc.
• Understanding of digital acquisition technologies such as, Google Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Data Management Platforms (DMP), Demand-side Platforms (DSP), Adobe Tech Stack, etc.
• Understanding of a broad range of new and emerging digital technologies, channels, and platforms
• Experience in developing data driven digital marketing strategies based on digital acquisition technologies, segmentation and consumer insights with measurable in market success
• Proficient knowledge of analytics, measurement, reporting, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Development and optimization of fully linked digital marketing ecosystems
• Excellent project management skills and commitment to deadlines, processes and policies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or an advanced degree in business or marketing is highly preferred
