Job Description
Responsible for handling switchboard phones to route incoming calls, take and relay messages accurately, greeting and screening calls from clients, vendors, job applicants and other visitors to assure security of assigned department. Responsible for ascertaining name, firm represented and nature of business, as well as announcing arrival to proper employee and assist visitor in locating conference room or office. In addition, candidate must handle all incoming and outgoing packages.
