Title: Business Process Analyst
The primary responsibility of the Data & Analytics Business Process Analyst is to provide stakeholders with business intelligence visualization through dashboards and reporting that enable monitoring and surface opportunities for improvement to business process owners, enable efficiency in disseminating information requiring action, and provide leadership reporting and presentations.

Management of complete lifecycle from business requirements/business rules, dashboard design, development, quality assurance & UAT.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Risk Management/Independence senior leaders & stakeholders to understand business objectives and facilitate dashboard design sessions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with an understanding of the customer’s business processes and QlikView product capabilities to determine how best to visualize and report on customer’s needs.
Understand relational data models to ensure that data in disparate systems are accurately represented for customer’s needs.
Perform dashboard testing and coordinate and lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance & Business Validation testing, ensuring deployment readiness to business users.
Minimum of eight years of business analysis experience; preferably from a professional services firm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Strong quantitative and analytical writing and communication skills
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels of management
Knowledge of Business Intelligence software and SQL a plus
