    ​Link between the firm’s information technology capabilities and its business objectives.  Planning, development, and implementation of both technology-based and process-based business solutions.  primary objective is helping businesses implement  solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.  Developing technical and business solutions to business problems, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.  Provides assistance to define and develop business requirements and functional specifications.  Intermediary between client and technical teams.  This team is distinct from IT Business Analysis team.​

    This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in Business Analysis (Non IT) who works independently with minimal supervision.

    This position helps the business implement solutions by detailing business requirements; as well as documenting functional and operational specification. Support medium scale projects with moderate complexity.

    Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
    Develops functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools.
    Assists junior staff to test and analyze final requirements.
    Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
    Manage data and reporting requests.
    Develops and delivers training and supplemental materials.
    Writes the business specifications detailing operations of an application or specific function.
    Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors, including continuous review.
    Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements
