    looking for individuals who can serve in hybrid business analyst and project manager role in brokerage operations. Primary responsibilities will be to elicit and document requirements, interface with technology teams on deliverables, and perform all aspects of project management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead working sessions with internal teams and vendors and use various business analysis techniques to elicit and document business requirements
    • Drive discussions to build consensus and promptly close out business decisions
    • Perform discovery and capture detailed requirements in epics and user stories
    • Collaborate with technology to define solutions that meet business requirements
    • Serve as the primary contact for business, technology and vendors to ensure that requirements are well-understood and solutions are delivered on time.
    • Write detailed business acceptance test plans and perform testing of deliverables
    • Own and execute on projects assigned by the program manager
    • Conduct project status meetings, document meeting agenda and minutes
    • Establish project plans, follow up on action items, and maintain risk and issues log
    • Be able to manage projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies

    REQUIREMENTS
    ● BA/BS in business, management, engineering or related field
    ● 5-10 years of business analysis experience in brokerage or related field is required
    ● Project management experience is required
    ● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is required
    ● Technical experience with financial systems and workflows is strongly preferred
    ● Working knowledge of data tools (SQL, business objects, etc) and how to use them to extract and analyze data
    ● Project management and business analysis certifications are preferred
    ● Proven teamwork skills to deliver on-time product and project results
    ● Analytical thinker, with excellent written and verbal communication
    ● Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
    ● Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    ● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work against multiple deadlines and objectives
    ● Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities
    ● Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving issue​​​​​
