    Duties:

    Responsible for the supporting the design, launch, operation, and continuous improvement of the IT Performance Management and Operational Business Intelligence process addressing both operational and executive-level measurement processes Executes assignments in managing the IT Performance Management process (includes facilitating the identification, definition, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of IT metrics and targets) Facilitates collection, collation and editing of monthly Operations Committee metrics and analysis reporting for CIO and Group Leads Supports the development and monitoring of the IT balanced scorecard and dashboards for reporting to the CIO, COO and IT leadership Works with departments and front line personnel across IT to support the development of operational measures, targets, and thresholds Interfaces extensively with data owners and IT department leads to monitor the progress of the IT Performance Management process Organizes reporting and analysis submissions and helps prepare for IT departmental and executive performance management and reporting sessions Interfaces with IT department leads/process owners, data owners and external service providers in the interpretation of measures and results, obtaining documentation of root cause analysis and corrective actions Manages vendor and internal measurement change control requests, evaluates documentation for completeness, develops meeting agenda and schedules Supports an effective interface between IT Performance Management and portfolio management, strategy development, budget management, project management, resource management, sourcing management, application portfolio, solution definition, enterprise architecture, and governance processes Manages knowledge associated with the IT Performance Management process (includes supporting development of the learning associated with the process, such as samples, templates, reporting prototypes, frameworks, approaches, guidelines, and standards) Participates in the requirements definition for performance management data centralization and business intelligence solution Responsible for supporting effective use of operational business intelligence data by IT professionals

     

    Skills:

    Advance MS Excel skills including data analysis, pivot table and chart creation required Demonstrated ability generating simple to mid-level MicroSoft SQL queries Experience identifying and analyzing technology performance measures, KPIs and metrics, developing and maintaining balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluating and monitoring performance Experience in the implementation and support of performance measurement and management processes and systems within a large corporate IT organization preferred Experienced technology project manager or delivery manager supporting business intelligence, data mining and/or data consolidation preferred Experience in the delivery of performing analytics and/or reporting related to Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management or Key Risk Indicators preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels in an organization Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives, functional leadership, and business sponsors
