Title: Administrative Support
Facilitate administrative elements of planning, delivering, and closing virtual training programs
Create and coordinate registration for learners
Retain required documentation according to standards
Handle tasks and special projects assigned
Skills:
Minimum of two years of related Human Resources or learning experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with a learning management system and/or virtual classroom associated technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously handle several projects or tasks
Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented
