Title: Administrative Assistant
Making domestic & international travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Comfortable handling last minute changes.
Ability to sufficiently support multiple bankers at different levels.
Experience using Concur for all travel and expenses with the ability to submit all reports in a timely manner.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party/taking detailed messages when needed.
Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
Handling office tasks, such as filing and generating confidential reports.
Greet and assist visitors.
