Administrative Tasks related to Rating Application Processing: Data entry & management (Excel), document circulation system operations, printing & scanning, e-mail correspondence with overseas offices (English), filing, and due-date management
Credit Applications Support: Printing, scanning and filing of credit applications
General Administration: Expense management using Concur
2-3 years of experience in corporate setting.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
Good document processing and data entry skills.
Moderate skill in Excel and Word.
High level of attention to details.
High interpersonal/communication skills. Proactively interact with credit officers or front office (including overseas).
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
High sense of responsibility.
Overtime is expected.
